A little tricky doing the planet rings- we had to use an air compressor on the skinny ones and made some too big. however for the price these came out fantastic and I enjoyed the variety of colors and patterns as well as the mylars that came with. It comes with the tape with holes to make your garland. I suggest having one person blow up and tie and one to place on the garland string and arrange. Its time consuming but affordable and looks great as a backdrop. I bought the silver stars and added them (fyi)
We needed a balloon arch for a Cub Scout event and this was perfect.
